PRODUCTION AREA
Our Côtes-du-Rhône Rosé 2023 comes from a 1-hectare plot in the Vacqueyras territory.
GRAPE VARIETIES
This cuvée is composed of the two main grape varieties of the Rhône Valley: Grenache and Syrah.
GEOLOGY
The soil consists of ancient alluvial deposits with shattered pebbles.
VINIFICATION
Mechanical harvesting (harvesting machine), with sorting done in the vineyard. This is a press rosé only. Vinification at low temperature for 20 days at 15°C in stainless steel tanks.
AGING
Fining with pea protein in the tank, bottled in April. Filtration at the time of bottling.
TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Petal pink color.
- Nose: Floral aroma with great finesse.
- Palate: Exotic fruits with a hint of vanilla.
ADVICE
Our 2023 Côtes-du-Rhône Rosé should be served at 9/10°C, ideal for aperitifs, appetizers, and shellfish. Best enjoyed in its youth.
